How much does screen printing cost?
This depends on a variety of factors, including how many shirts are being printed at the same time (with the same design), how many different locations on the shirt are being printed, and how many ink colors are used. It will also be more expensive if you need a rush delivery. We do include at setup charge of $30 per color / per location- this will always be included in any price we quote.
How Many Colors Can You Use In Screen Printing?
Currently we offer 6 color printing on garments - this can handle almost all prints due to the way we print designs. Keep in mind that more colors means higher cost due to the screens and inks required for the jobs
Most jobs under 50 pieces will cheaper using less colors (2 or 3 colors)
Where can you print on a shirt?
Although most people stick to traditional locations (the front, the back, or one side of the chest and sleeves)- other locations may be possible - this will vary from garment to garment so contact us to see what is possible
How long will it take for my order to be produced?
Most screen-printed orders are finished in 5-8 business days. However, sometimes it is possible for us to finish orders much quicker than that, depending on our production schedule. If you need your order quickly, simply ask. A rush fee will typically apply.
What is the minimum number of items I can order?
We require a minimum order of 12 pieces for screen printing. Any orders under 12 will usually be done by heat transfer or digital art- this allows you do almost anything but these processes are more cost effective on samll runs.
If you’re interested in embroidered items. There isn’t a minimum order required for embroidery, although a setup fee may be required for Digitizing
Can I see what the shirt will look like before I place my order?
Yes, When the design is finalized, we will send you a mockup file to approve, if you are unsure about an item- you can order a blank sample of the item you want to order. You may have to pay a small fee to order the item and have it shipped, but if you end up using the item in the order you place, that fee will be waived!
What colors of ink are offered?
We offer a wide range of colors, you may find that we don’t have the exact color you need. In that case, you can order a PMS match ink - this cost $45 for each color to be matched. Process Prints do not offer a color match guarantee- as the colors mix to achieve most colors- these types of prints can usually get close to about 80% of the colors
